It’s rare, but it happens – if we can’t fix it (usually due to factors beyond our control), you won’t pay a thing. We only charge when the issue is successfully resolved.

It depends on the issue, but in most cases, we can fix problems within a couple of hours once we start work on your site.

As long as we have everything we need (like access to your website), we can usually schedule the work for the same day (if received early enough) or the next working day.

Most issues are resolved within a few days, though more complex problems may take longer.

Our standard rate is £50 per hour (with a one-hour minimum). Most individual issues can be fixed within that time (which is why we quote our price to be £50 per fix). In many cases, we can resolve multiple issues within the same hour for just £50 total.

If the fixes are more extensive and require more time, we’ll let you know upfront. We’re always transparent and will provide a fixed cost before starting any work, so no surprises.

We only begin investigating once a service agreement is in place, and you’ll always receive a clear, fixed quote before any work begins.

If you only need a diagnosis without a fix, that’s also subject to our standard rate (typically £50).

If the exact same issue reappears and it’s due to something we missed or didn’t resolve properly, we’ll revisit it free of charge.

However, if the issue returns due to changes made after our fix, such as plugin or theme updates, new installations, configuration changes, or anything else outside our control, it may be considered a new issue and subject to a new quote.

We’re always happy to take a look and confirm what’s going on, and we’ll be transparent about whether it’s a repeat issue or something new before any additional charges apply.

Payment is only required once we’ve agreed on the fix and you’re happy to proceed. We’ll send you a fixed-price invoice, and work will begin once the invoice is approved and paid.

Our invoices include our bank details for easy transfer of the payment.
