One of the great aspects about our job is that we actually get to meet and greet with our clients. We love working with local people so we can provide a personal and precise service.

The BrightCherry team has worked in various customer relations environments with in different companies; there was a general consensus amongst the team that there wasn't a high enough customer service satisfaction rate because there was never enough direct communication. The customers weren't getting the product they envisioned.

While communicating through email and telephone can be successful, there's always still a high possibility of information getting lost in translation, especially with web development work. That's exactly why we enjoy working locally, so we can be directly available, and so we're not difficult to get in touch with.
